Vegan crispy nuggets
Preparation
Peel the celery root, cut it into sticks, and boil until tender. Mix the ingredients for the cream that will be used for coating.
Grind the chips and grate the Vegajó Plain, then toss them together to create the breading. Dip the cooked celery sticks first into the cream and then roll them in the breading.
Bake in an Air Fryer or oven at 200°C for 15 minutes until crispy.
