Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Lemon Balm Cream
Preparation
Spray the frozen gnocchi with olive oil, then bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until crispy. Meanwhile, chop the lemon balm and parsley, then mix half of the herbs with salt, pepper, and the Vegan crema to prepare the dressing.
Grate Plain over the finished gnocchi and sprinkle with the remaining herbs. Serve with the prepared cream.
A perfect treat for guests at a BBQ party, or even as an everyday snack.
