Preparation

1. The Dough:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
  2. Measure the wet ingredients into a bowl and mix them together.
  3. Add the flour.
  4. Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts, then roll them into 85 cm long ropes, making sure the ends (about 15 cm) are thinner.
  6. Shape the ropes into pretzels and bake for 40 minutes until done.

2. The Dip:

  1. Mix the Vegajó Vegan crema with your favorite spices.
