Pretzel
Preparation
1. The Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
- Measure the wet ingredients into a bowl and mix them together.
- Add the flour.
- Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, then roll them into 85 cm long ropes, making sure the ends (about 15 cm) are thinner.
- Shape the ropes into pretzels and bake for 40 minutes until done.
2. The Dip:
- Mix the Vegajó Vegan crema with your favorite spices.
