Meaty-saucy “calzone”
Preparation
Season the minced turkey and spread it out evenly on a sheet of plastic wrap. On one half, spread the plain tomato puree and Vegajó Plain; on the other half, distribute the hot green pepper and olives.
Fold one side over the other, then press the edges together thoroughly so the filling cannot leak out.
Coat the meat in the "breading" mixture, then spray with olive oil. Bake in an air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes until done.
Mix the dressing on the side and serve with your choice of side dish.
