Homemade Lentil Hummus

Preparation

Rinse the lentils, add enough water to cover them, and boil for approximately 9 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the tahini: toast 30 g of sesame seeds, grind them, then blend with 20 g of Vegan crema and 20 ml of plant-based drink.

Add the spices, garlic, lemon juice, the prepared tahini, and the Vegan crema to the cooked lentils, and blend until smooth. It is a perfect dip for fresh vegetables.
