Easter Horseradish Cream with Homemade Crackers
Preparation
Cream:
Simply combine all the ingredients using a spatula or a blender until the cream is well incorporated. It is most delicious when eaten with sweet Easter brioche (kalács), but of course, it is also excellent with savory baked goods like crackers.
Crackers:
Grind the seeds in a blender, then knead the ingredients together and form 8 equal-sized crackers. Bake them in an Air Fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes (flip them during the last 5-10 minutes), and they are ready!
