Creamy Vegan Pasta
Preparation
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Chop the carrot and tofu, then sauté them as well. Add the zucchini (spiralized into spaghetti shape if you have a spiralizer), the spinach, and the spices.
Thicken the mixture by adding the Vegan crema and Plain. Meanwhile, boil your chosen healthy pasta and toss it together with the sauce. Serve with extra grated Plain and toasted walnuts.
