Carrot Cake Oatmeal

Preparation

Grate the carrots. Mix the oat flour with the baking powder and cinnamon, then add half of the grated carrots, the flavorings, and the water.

Mix thoroughly, then transfer the batter into a baking dish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.

Whisk the topping ingredients together until smooth.

To serve, pour some of the sauce onto a plate or bowl, place the baked oatmeal on top, and spread the remaining sauce over it. Finally, sprinkle with the other half of the grated carrots.

Decorate with an extra dollop of Vegan crema and whole walnut pieces.
