High-Protein Chili Bean Pizza
Preparation
Dice the onion and sauté until golden. Add the canned ingredients, the spices, and the tofu. Pour in the tomato sauce and let it simmer until thickened. Once the ragout is ready, layer it between the tortilla wraps in a cake pan or a round oven-safe dish. Spread Vegan crema on the top layer and bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes until done. Slice and serve.
