Zucchini Wrap

Preparation

Slice the zucchini thinly, then layer the slices on top of each other on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Feel free to make a double layer; the important thing is that the zucchini slices consistently overlap well.

Sprinkle with grated vegan Plain cheese, then bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes until done. Be careful not to let it burn, as baking time can vary depending on your oven.

If necessary, it is better to cook it longer at a lower temperature.

Once the cheese has browned and the zucchini is sufficiently baked, let it cool and then flip it over. Fill one half with your chosen ingredients, then fold the other half over. Cut it in half and enjoy!
