Watermelon Ice Cream Cup

Preparation

Place the natural Vegagurt in a high-powered blender, add the frozen watermelon cubes, and finally the chosen vegan protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the prepared watermelon cream into a glass (you can tint the inside of the glass with a single blueberry to make the final result even more spectacular), then place it in the freezer until almost completely firm.

Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top, which will form a crunchy chocolate layer on the cold cream. If you want to make it even more special, you can sprinkle it with a little freeze-dried fruit powder.
