Vegajó Shaggy Cutlet
Preparation
- Clean the chicken breasts and cut them into thin slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast slice in the flour, then in the egg, and then coat them with the grated celery.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil or line it with parchment paper, then place the slices inside.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure both sides are golden brown.
- Spread garlic-flavored Vegan crema over the finished slices and top with grated Plain.
- Serve fresh with a salad or steamed vegetables.
