Vegajó Creamy Plain Pasta

Preparation

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt, then fry in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Place the pak choi, cut lengthwise in half, next to the chicken. Sear it lightly, then add water bit by bit and steam until tender. Remove the vegetables and meat from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, heat the Vegajó Vegan crema, Plain cream, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg together until you get a creamy sauce.
  4. Toss in the cooked low-carb pasta.
  5. Serve the pasta with the fried chicken breast and steamed pak choi, then sprinkle grated Vegajó Plain on top.
