Sweet Potato “Lángos”
Preparation
Cook the sweet potato and let it cool. Once cooled, add the yeast, nutritional yeast flakes, and the two types of flour (thoroughly mixed), then knead the dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. After resting, divide it into two parts and shape the lángos using a rolling pin or your hands. Fry both sides in a pan sprayed with olive oil until golden brown. Once ready, spread with Vegan crema and sprinkle with grated vegan Plain on top.
