Strawberry-Walnut Cottage Cheese Dumplings
Preparation
Combine the ingredients for the base. Add enough water to achieve a moldable consistency—depending on the type of protein powder used, you may need slightly more or less than the specified amount. Form the mixture into dumplings, stuffing each one with half a strawberry.
For the "coating," grind the walnuts with the erythritol, then roll the prepared dumplings in the mixture until fully coated.
Mix the dressing ingredients until smooth and serve by drizzling it tastefully over the dumplings!
