Pancakes with Cottage Cream

Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients for the pancakes, then start adding the sparkling water. Add enough water to achieve a creamy batter. Next, stir in the plant-based drink, followed by the olive oil. Fry the resulting pancake batter in a non-stick pan lightly greased with olive oil until golden brown on both sides.

Mix the ingredients for the filling. Serve the finished pancakes spread with the Cottage cream.
