Nori wrap
Preparation
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then cook until done. Cook the rice in twice the amount of water. Chop the vegetables (lettuce, carrot). Cut the nori sheets into circles, then divide the cooked rice into two portions and spread it evenly over the sheets. Gently press it down so it sticks to the nori. Fold the sheets into a wrap shape, then cook them in an air fryer at about 180°C for 4–5 minutes until crispy. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: mix Vegaföl, tomato purée, mustard, lemon juice, sweetener, salt, and pepper. Fill the prepared nori wraps with lettuce, carrot, (optionally extra cucumber), and cooked salmon, then drizzle with the dressing.
