No-Bake Vegan crema-Cottage Cream Cake
Preparation
Crush the biscuits and add the melted plant-based cream. Mix well, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake tin and place it in the refrigerator to rest. For the cream, combine the Fino Vegajó Cottage and Fino Vegajó Vegan crema with the sugar and vanilla extract.
Heat the gelatin with the plant-based drink, being careful not to let it boil! Add this mixture to the cream, then pour the whole filling onto the biscuit base. Refrigerate overnight to set. Serve with fresh fruit or caramel sauce.
