Mixed Semolina Cream Pie
Preparation
Thoroughly mix the Fino Vegajó Cottage and the Fino Vegajó Vegan crema. Gradually stir in the semolina, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Gently fold in the blueberries as well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, then flip the finished cake onto a plate. Decorate with extra blueberries and powdered sugar.
