Fruit and Vegan crema Vegan Parfait

Preparation

Heat the 4 containers of Fino Vegajó Vegan crema with the sugar and vanilla extract, then finally stir in the gelatin. Pour the mixture into glasses and place them in the refrigerator.

Mash the fruit with a fork and heat it in a saucepan. Add the starch and stir until smooth and lump-free. Once thickened, remove from the heat, let it cool, and spoon it over the top of the chilled Vegan crema cream in the glasses.

Let the dessert set in the refrigerator overnight, and it will be ready to enjoy the next day.
