Dietary Spanish Doughnuts
Preparation
Bring the Cottage, water, vanilla extract, and sweetener to a boil while stirring. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the flour mix previously combined with the cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Place the dough into a piping bag and pipe small sticks into a pan sprayed with olive oil. Fry both sides until golden brown. Finally, roll the churros in cinnamon-flavored erythritol or sprinkle them with powdered erythritol, depending on your preference.
