Chicken Breast with Corn and Greek Salad
Preparation
Season the chicken breast, then layer it with the Vegan crema, Plain, and corn. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C using the top and bottom heat setting until done.
Halfway through the cooking time, drain any excess liquid from the pan.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the Greek salad: chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and the chosen onion. Add the White Cubes, which will provide the authentic feta flavor experience, and season to taste.
Serve with boiled millet.
