Black Bean Pasta with Broccoli Cream

Preparation

Chop the vegetables for roasting, then bake them in an Air Fryer or oven. Break the broccoli into florets and cook until tender. Boil the black bean pasta, then rinse with cold water and drain. Once the broccoli is cooked, place it in a blender, add the spices (garlic powder is optional but enhances the flavors beautifully), the Vegan crema, and blend until smooth. If necessary, thin the sauce with a little bit of the broccoli cooking water. Cut the White Cubes into small dice and chop the parsley. Pour the cream sauce over the pasta, then top with the roasted vegetables, the White Cubes, the seeds, and the parsley.
