Avocado Bread
Preparation
Cut the avocado, scoop out the inside, and mash it. Mix the chia seeds with the water and let them soak. Then, add the oats, salt, green onion, and the grated Plain to the avocado.
Combine everything well, then spread the mixture onto parchment paper in 4 equal portions. Shape them into rounds, sprinkle with the seeds, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Let them cool completely.
Next, spread Plain cream on one side of the "toast" slices, load them with the filling, and enjoy.
You can serve it with a large portion of salad on the side.
