Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich

Mix the ingredients for the base thoroughly until you get a well-shapeable dough. Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of a chosen mold and smooth it out. For the cream, blend the frozen strawberries, Vegagurt, sweetener, and vanilla flavoring until smooth. Spread the resulting fruity cream evenly over the base. Sprinkle the strawberry pieces on top.

Place the whole thing in the freezer and freeze completely. Once frozen, cut it into 8 equal slices.
