Blueberry Bagel
Preparation
Place the gluten-free flour mix into a bowl, add the salt and blueberries, then mix in the plant-based yogurt alternative. Combine thoroughly until you get a smooth, shapeable dough. Divide the dough into two parts and form them into bagel (or bun) shapes. Bake in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. It can be filled with sweet or savory toppings as desired.
