Broccoli Cream Soup

Preparation

Finely chop the onion and sauté it until translucent. Add the diced potatoes and pour in the water. Season the liquid with salt and pepper. Once the potatoes have softened sufficiently, add the broccoli and crushed garlic.

When the broccoli is also cooked soft, pour in the plant-based drink and remove the pot from the heat. Thoroughly purée the soup using an immersion blender, then add the Vegan crema and the starch.

Place the pot back on the stove, bring to a boil while stirring constantly, and it’s ready to serve. After serving, sprinkle with grated Plain.
