Vegán bagel

Preparation

Mix the oat flour with the salt and baking soda, then add the Vegan crema and knead into a dough.

Shape into bagels, spray with olive oil, and roll them in seeds of your choice. Bake in an Air Fryer (or oven) at 180°C for 13-15 minutes until done. Let them cool completely so they can be sliced neatly.
