Carrot Bundt Cake
Preparation
Grate the carrots, then add all the other ingredients. Mix them thoroughly. In a baking pan lined with parchment paper, bake at 200°C using the top and bottom heat setting for 25-35 minutes until done. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the topping cream.
Once the cake is baked, spread the cream over it, sprinkle with crushed nuts and some extra grated carrots, then serve.
