Dietary Fruit Bread
Preparation
Combine the dry ingredients, then add the Vegan crema along with the water, lemon juice, and sweetener. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Gently fold in the red currants and the grated lemon zest. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake at 200°C for 40 minutes until done. Once finished, allow it to cool completely. Mix the cream ingredients, spread it over the top, sprinkle with fruit, and enjoy.
