Apple Pie Donuts

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, starting with the dry ingredients followed by the wet ones. Work the base until it becomes a smooth, uniform dough.

Place the mixture into a piping bag to portion out neat donuts with holes in the middle into a silicone muffin tin (a donut mold can also be used, of course). If you don't have these tools, you can also shape them by hand, as the resulting dough has a firm, kneadable consistency.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes until done. Once they have cooled, roll them in the cinnamon-erythritol mixture.
