Sweet Potato Scones with Plain

Preparation

Thoroughly combine the oat flour with the psyllium husk and seasonings. Add the Vegajó Cottage, Plain, and the boiled sweet potato. Knead the mixture thoroughly, then roll it out on a floured surface.

Sprinkle half of the dough with Plain, fold it in half, and roll it out again. Repeat this process one more time. Shape the dough into scones using a scone cutter.

Brush the tops with plain tomato puree and sprinkle with the remaining Plain. Bake in a convection oven at 160°C for 25 minutes until done.

Allow them to cool completely (before they cool down, the dough might appear as if it remained raw).
