Preparation

Mix the vanilla pudding with the plant-based milk and sweetener until smooth, then cook until thickened. Add the Vegan crema, walnuts, and flavorings. Let the filling cool down completely.

For the pancakes, blend the vegan protein powder with the oat flour, flavorings, and water. Spread the batter in a non-stick pan using a spatula. Let each side cook thoroughly so they can be flipped easily.

Once cooled, spread the filling over the pancakes, roll them up, and they are ready to serve.
