Protein-rich Seeded Lentil Baguette

Preparation

Soak the lentils for at least 2–3 hours, then rinse them several times and drain.

Place the lentils in a blender with the Vegan crema and fresh water. Blend until smooth, then add the spices, baking powder, and psyllium husk to the mixture. Mix thoroughly and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Portion the mixture into silicone bagel molds, sprinkle with seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 170–180°C for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.

Once finished, let it cool completely; then it is ready to be sliced.
