Vegajó Shaggy Cutlet

Preparation

  1. Clean the chicken breasts and cut them into thin slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken breast slice in the flour, then in the egg, and then coat them with the grated celery.
  3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil or line it with parchment paper, then place the slices inside.
  4. Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure both sides are golden brown.
  5. Spread garlic-flavored Vegan crema over the finished slices and top with grated Plain.
  6. Serve fresh with a salad or steamed vegetables.
