Veganuary Grill “Poultry”

Preparation

  1. Break the cauliflower into florets, then lightly pre-steam them (do not let them get too soft).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, Vegajó Vegaföl, Kotányi Grill Poultry seasoning, and enough water to create a thick, spreadable marinade.
  3. Thoroughly coat the cauliflower florets with the marinade.
  4. Place them in the airfryer basket (do not overcrowd).
  5. Bake at 195°C for 15–20 minutes, flipping them once halfway through if necessary, until nicely browned.
  6. Serve with fresh arugula and Kotányi Dill Vegajó dressing.

Tip:

  • If you want an even more "poultry-like" effect, increase the temperature to 200°C for the last 3–5 minutes.
  • For a side dish, roasted potatoes or lemon couscous pairs perfectly—choose according to your diet!
