Vegajó Orange Cake

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
  2. Pour the two mixtures together and work until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Smooth the batter into a 20 × 20 cm baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place it in the preheated oven.

Baking

  • 180 °C, top and bottom heat
  • 42–45 minutes

Optional: melted chocolate or erythritol powder
