Vegajó Crescent Cookies

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour mix with the erythritol, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the margarine and crumble it together with the dry ingredients. Add the Vegan crema and the juice of half a lemon, then knead into a smooth, pliable dough.
  3. Mixing the ingredients: Drain the onions. Add the drained corn and the sliced sausages. Mix gently.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Then roll it out, cut 10 cm discs, and add the filling—it's most delicious with plum jam!
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12–15 minutes until they are lightly golden.
  7. Let them cool until lukewarm, then roll them in vanilla and lemon-flavored erythritol powder!

Tip: It's worth doubling the batch because they disappear quickly!
