Vegajó Chicken Breast “Lecsó” Style
Preparation
- Dice the onion and sauté it in a little fat until golden.
- Add the sliced peppers, then the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and cook the lecsó until tender.
- Meanwhile, season the chicken breast slices with salt and pepper, then cook them in an airfryer.
- Spread the Vegajó Vegan crema over the chicken breasts, place them back into the airfryer, and melt the Vegajó Plain on top.
- Serve with low-carb "tarhonya" (egg barley pasta).
