Tofu pizza

Preparation

Blend the tofu with salt, pepper, and Vegan crema until you get a creamy mass. Work in the oatmeal. Then, spread it evenly in a circular shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spread the sugar-free ketchup or tomato puree over it.

Pre-bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 15–20 minutes, then for another 15–20 minutes until the base firms up slightly.

Remove it from the oven, add the tomatoes, baby spinach, and Plain, then bake again for 10–15 minutes until the Plain melts and the edges start to brown.

After baking, spread the remaining ketchup on top, and it is ready to serve.
