Thumbprint Oat Cookies

Preparation

Combine the oats with the Cream Dessert, hazelnuts, cinnamon, banana, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Place small discs of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then create a small indentation in the center of each with your thumb.

Bake at 200°C for 13 minutes until done. You can fill the resulting "thumbprints" with any topping of your choice.
