Salted Caramel Cookie Dough
Preparation
Set aside 50 g of the dark chocolate and chop the other 50 g into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine the Vegan crema with all the liquid ingredients (sweetener, vanilla extract, and water). Add the oat flour and protein powder, then work it together thoroughly. When the mixture has almost completely come together, fold in the chopped dark chocolate pieces.
Spread the mixture into a prepared mold (an 18 × 18 cm mold is ideal).
Melt the remaining 50 g of dark chocolate and pour it evenly over the top. Let it set completely in the refrigerator or freezer.
Once hardened, turn it upside down out of the mold, slice, and enjoy.
