Preparation

For the tortilla wraps, mix the wet ingredients together, then add the fiber mix. Let the resulting dough rest for 10 minutes. During this time, blend the bean cream ingredients using a food processor until smooth.

Cook the tortilla wrap in a pan, then fill it with the bean cream, whole beans, and red onion. Sprinkle some Plain cheese inside, fold it in half, and bake in the airfryer at 190°C for 10 minutes. Add a little extra Plain on top as well—it will bake to a divine, crispy finish!

Serve with a fresh salad!
