Cottage Cheese Style Oatmeal

Preparation

Combine the oat flour with the protein powder, sweetener, Cottage, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Finally, add the water and mix until lump-free.

Gently stir in the psyllium husk. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to thicken, then divide it into two portions using your preferred serving dishes or molds.

Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate and spread it evenly over the tops of the oatmeal bases.

Serve each portion garnished with a slice of fresh lemon.
