Coconut Balls
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the Vegajó Vegan crema with the vanilla extract, sweetener, and the scraped seeds of the vanilla bean. Add this to the dry ingredients, then knead thoroughly. Form medium-sized balls, placing one almond in the center of each.
Then, roll them in shredded coconut and, after letting them rest in the fridge to allow the flavors to meld, they are ready to serve.
