Chicken Breast Greek Salad
Preparation
- Chicken: Clean the chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and spices. Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown, let cool slightly, then cut into strips or bite-sized pieces.
- Vegetables: Slice or dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
- Assembly: Mix the vegetables in a bowl and add the fried chicken.
- Seasoning: Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss.
- Finishing touch: Crumble or spoon the Vegajó Greek Style (feta alternative) on top.
