Apple Pie Oat Cake

Preparation

Mix the oat flour with the cinnamon, baking powder, and erythritol. Add the Vegan crema, then knead by hand into a uniform dough. Roll out the dough and place it into a 10 cm baking mold. Prick the base with a fork. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 5 minutes.

Blend the apple with the liquid sweetener, vanilla extract, and Vegan crema (you can thin it with 10–20 ml of water if necessary). Mix the resulting cream into the vegan protein powder already combined with cinnamon. Smooth the cream over the pre-baked base. Thinly slice the remaining 75 g of apple and arrange the slices on top of the cream.

Bake at 170–180°C for 15–20 minutes until done.

Once it has cooled slightly, sprinkle with powdered erythritol and cinnamon.

Serving: It is most delicious when served lukewarm, but it can also be enjoyed completely cooled.
