The Organizer of Vegajó’s Facebook Giveaway titled “Win a ticket to the Only Free From Christmas Festival!” (Csak a Mentes Karácsonyi Fesztivál) is FINO-FOOD Kft. (Registered office: 1054 Budapest, Szemere utca 21. 3. em. 2. ajtó; Tax number: 11283058-2-41; Company registration number: 01-09713423; hereinafter: Organizer).

The Executor of the Game, commissioned by the Organizer, is Extreme Net Kft. (Registered office: Budapest 1034 Tímár u. 20. II. em., hereinafter: “Executor”). The Organizer announces the Game on the https://www.facebook.com/finovegajo page.

The details of the Game, as well as these Official Rules, are available on the above Facebook page for the duration of the Game.

1. Persons participating in the Game

Any natural person over the age of 18 with a permanent or temporary residence in Hungary and full legal capacity may participate in the Game (hereinafter: “Player”). The owners, executive officers, and employees of the Organizer and the Executor, as well as close relatives of these persons as defined in Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, may not participate in the Game.

2. Duration of the Game

The Game runs from November 20, 2025, until 23:59:00 on November 23, 2025.

3. Course of the Game
   • The Organizer announces the Game titled Fino Vegajó “Facebook Giveaway” on November 20, 2025, on the official Fino Vegajó Facebook page

(https://www.facebook.com/finovegajo) (hereinafter: “Facebook page”). The Game lasts until 23:59:00 on November 23, 2025.

• Players must send the answer corresponding to the description in the posts in a comment under the posts announcing the Game.
• By participating in the Game, Players automatically and expressly accept these Official Rules.
• A Player may answer the question asked in the post exactly once in total in the form of a comment under the post.
• Five prizes will be drawn during the Game. The draw will take place electronically, using a computer drawing program that satisfies the principle of randomness, among all Players who provided a correct answer during the entire duration of the Game, excluding any Player who is disqualified from the Game based on these official rules. The draw will take place at the Executor’s premises (Budapest 1034 Tímár u. 20. II. floor). The draw is not public.
• The Executor will draw 1 (one) winner and 5 (five) reserve winners per prize. The reserve winners will become entitled to the prize in the order of drawing as set out in point 5, provided that the answer given to the post by the Winner or the preceding reserve winner is invalid for any reason, or the Winner or the preceding reserve winner is disqualified from the Game for any other reason. If it is not possible to award the prize to the winner or any of the reserve winners for the prize, the Organizer will not offer the Prize to anyone else.
• The prize to be drawn during the Game is five pairs of tickets to the Only Free From Christmas Festival (Csak a mentes Karácsonyi fesztivál) (hereinafter: “Prize”).
• The draw will take place on November 24, 2025. The draw is not public. The result of the draw will be announced on the https://www.facebook.com/finovegajo page in the form of a comment under the giveaway post, following consultation with the Winning Player.

• The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold in any way.

4. Handover of the Prize
   • The Organizer will notify the Winner via a private message on Facebook on the day of the draw following the draw (hereinafter: “Notification”). By participating in the Game, the Player expressly accepts and consents to the Organizer notifying them via Facebook as set out in this point in the event of the Player winning.

The Organizer assumes no responsibility if the given Player’s Facebook privacy settings preclude unknown persons from contacting the Player via private message, and the Organizer is therefore unable to notify the Player.

• The winning Player is obliged to confirm the Notification within 3 (three) working days following the sending of the Notification.
• Following the confirmation of the Notification, the Organizer will initiate consultation with the winning Player regarding the conditions for receiving the Prize (time, location, etc.).
• If the winning Player does not respond to the Notification within the deadline specified in point 5.2, they are no longer entitled to the Prize, and the Organizer is entitled to notify a reserve winner and hand over the Prize to them.
• The Organizer will not provide another opportunity to receive the Prize.
• The Organizer will disqualify from the Game any Player to whom the Prize cannot be handed over because their personal data is untrue, incomplete, or incorrect, or the Player does not meet all the conditions described in these rules for any other reason.
• The Organizer bears no responsibility arising from the Player’s provision of incorrect data.
• The Winners are not subject to any tax or shipping costs.

5. Criteria for disqualification from the Game

Those for whom any of the conditions defined below are true will be or may be disqualified by the Organizer without justification:

• makes a comment on any forum (offline or online), or in a wall post related to the Game, that violates the Organizer’s good reputation, business interests, or

• violates the human dignity, rights, or legitimate interests of any other Player,
• participates in the Game using unsportsmanlike, unethical methods,
• Players submitting comments with obscene, profane content or content that is objectionable for any reason (including, in particular, pornographic, vulgar content, content violating others’ personality or copyright rights, or content violating public morals, etc.) will be disqualified and are not entitled to participate in the draw.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify from the Game any comment not complying with these official rules without any prior notice – either in advance or retrospectively – whereby participation becomes invalid.

By participating, the Player declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Official Rules, thus considering the contents thereof binding upon themselves.

If the Player violates the provisions of the Official Rules or does not comply with them, the Organizer may disqualify them from the Game and, in the event of winning, is not obliged to hand over the Prize to them. In this case, the Organizer may demand compensation from the Player for any damage arising from or related to this.

6. Data processing, data protection
   • The provision of data described in these Official Rules is voluntary. Those who participate in the Game acknowledge and expressly consent to:
     • The Organizer, as data controller, and the Executor, as data processor, handling or processing their provided personal data (full name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address [postal code, city, street, house number]) in connection with the Game, during the duration of the Game, for the purpose of participation in the Game, contact, and administration, as well as handing over the prizes;
     • Based on the Player’s prior consent given separately for this purpose during participation in the Game, in the event of winning, the Organizer making their name public in connection with the Game without any further conditions or compensation; 6.1.3 By their participation, they expressly accept every provision of the Official Rules in all respects.

The processing of data is performed on behalf of the Organizer by Extreme Net Kft., as Data Processor (Registered office: Budapest 1034 Tímár u. 20.).

• The Player acknowledges that requesting the deletion of data necessary for conducting the Game prior to the handover of the prize leads to disqualification from the Game.
• The data controller warrants that data processing takes place in full compliance with the effective legal provisions.
• The data controller treats personal data confidentially and takes all security, technical, and organizational measures that serve the security of the data.
• The data controller provides the Player with the opportunity at any time to request information about the processing of their personal data, request their deletion or rectification at the following addresses: FINO-FOOD Kft. 1054 Budapest, Szemere utca 21. 3. em. 2. ajtó) or at the info@vegajo.hu e-mail address. Furthermore, the Player is entitled to object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to restrict the processed data. The Player may exercise their right to information, deletion, rectification of their data, objection to the processing of their data, and restriction of the processed data in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. In the event of complaints related to data processing or violation of their rights, the Player is entitled to initiate an investigation by the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or to turn to court. The data controller and the data processor act in compliance with the relevant legal regulations during data processing.

7. Liability

The Organizer excludes its liability for the malfunction of the Facebook page necessary for participation in the Game due to reasons beyond its control, during which time the website cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent.

Facebook’s decisions influencing game organization or potentially hindering the conduct of the Game qualify as force majeure during the duration of the Game, over which the Organizer has no influence. The Organizer excludes liability for damages occurring due to this, as well as due to other unforeseeable events independent of it (force majeure) or the activities of third parties, which occurred in a manner not attributable to it, including the case where the handover of the Prize fails for a reason not attributable to the Organizer or Executor, or the Game is terminated prematurely. The Organizer further excludes all liability for any claim for compensation or indemnification appearing as costs, damages, or losses arising from or related to delays occurring during the Game. The Player further acknowledges that the content, performance, message and data transmission speed, and response speed of the Game’s technical infrastructure depend on the serving technology, and thus these can be adversely affected by factors outside the Organizer’s control, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server computer performance, network load, network congestion, coverage, and maintaining a secure network connection. The Organizer excludes all liability arising from the contents of this paragraph. Furthermore, the Organizer cannot be held liable if phishers appear on the social media site during the game. The Organizer never asks for any bank account details during the game.

8. Other

Participation in the Game constitutes automatic and express acceptance of these Official Rules. Players accept the Organizer’s decision as governing in any matter related to the Game, the Official Rules, or their interpretation. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally and immediately modify or supplement these Official Rules.

In the event that the Game is terminated or the Official Rules are modified by the Organizer, the Organizer strives to make this fact public in advance on the https://www.facebook.com/finovegajo page, ensuring the same publicity as the announcement of the Game.

The Organizer and the Executor exclude their liability for any external, so-called SQL attacks or malfunctions affecting the Facebook page or the server operating them. Therefore, if Players receive erroneous system messages regarding their prizes, their winning/non-winning status, etc., due to such an external attack, the Organizer and Executor assume no liability whatsoever for these cases.

Hungarian laws are applicable to these Official Rules, and legal disputes arising in connection with participation in the Game fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

The Game is in no way sponsored by Facebook, nor is it connected to Facebook in any respect. The provision of data is not to Facebook, but to the Organizer.

In any disputed issue arising in connection with this game, the Organizer’s decision is governing. This provision does not limit the players’ right to enforce claims based on the laws effective at any time.

The Organizer may stop or modify the Game at any time without special notice or justification.
