Salted Caramel Protein Bar

Preparation

For the base, grind the cashews and add them to the oat flour. Mix with a little sweetener and the peanut butter, then press evenly into a chosen mold or small dish. Blend the cream ingredients (Vegagurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener) until smooth, then spread it over the base. Chop the peanuts and distribute them evenly on top of the cream. Let it set in the freezer for a short while, then melt the sugar-free dark chocolate and spread it over the top. Once it has hardened, cut into 4 bars, and it's ready to serve.
